Capitec wanted to communicate the speed and ease of its card machines in a way that felt native to Formula 1 programming.
02 / The approach
A visual metaphor with technical precision
The terminal was modelled and textured in 3D, animated with dynamic motion blur and composited into the live-action environment. Mechanics were rotoscoped so their movement could wrap naturally around the device, while a countdown translated speed into an immediate demonstration.
