Lucid Dreaming in the Desert

Lucidstate was approached to post a promo TV advert for the launch of Liquifruit’s new flavour “Desert Fantasy”.  The brief required us to re-edit an existing Liquifruit ad to fit the new timing and music as well as producing a realistic CG pack shot for the end, a desert environment (complete with flying birds) and a remodel of the iconic Liquifruit citrus flower in order to have shadow cast for our ground plane.

We created the various CG elements, lit them and then composited them together with footage from the existing advert.  Finally we created simple graphics for the endshot.  Considering the challenges imposed by having to rotoscope existing CG we were pleased with the end product.
