For a recent Glen Tea animatic, we used AI tools to help design detailed character sheets for the three main characters: a dad, a mom, and their daughter. The goal was to lock down not just their physical appearance, but also their exact wardrobe for each scene.

We started by generating and refining looks for each character, getting client approval on their overall appearance. From there, we used AI to fine-tune specific wardrobe elements—like the daughter’s school uniform, the colour and style of the mom’s dress, and the dad’s tie. This process helped us quickly align on a clear visual identity for the characters and ensured consistency throughout the animatic.

In the production phase, we leverage AI to generate specific video assets that complement live-action or motion-based shoots. This can include background enhancements, AI-generated plates, or stylised elements to support a creative vision.
