Glacier by Sanlam

We were approached by King James to create an animation for Glacier by Sanlam.
From the beginning of the project, the client knew exactly the aesthetic they were looking for.
We needed to do research and development in terms of the style and the way the shadows had to be cast consistently on all of the objects in the animation. The look of the sphere and its tail moving through the abstract ideas and animations needed to be consistent from one scene to the next with it’s various changing velocities and motion.
This was a beautiful and challenging project to work on, and we think the result speaks for itself.
